CAFMP - The Central Archive for Movie Posters - is only going to become kickin', when you guys submit posters from around the world. Nevertheless: Please check first, if the poster, you are thinking of is already in our database - cause in that case you can save us a lot of work. Otherwise: Have tons of fun! We'll thank it with a pretty backlink.
Step 1 of 4
Original Movie Title
And now: The Poster! The poster has to have at least 900px width, it must not be bigger than 5MB however. Please use the field Caption to tell us which poster it is or hwat country it comes from (e.g.: Harry Potter Character Poster Hermione or Avatar Japan). Key facts are fine.
Doesn't necessarily have to be the movie title itself.
Most movie posters sport some sort of tagline. That one goes here...
A few facts…
… totally optional
There's no film without a director! If there is more than one claiming the glory, please divide by comma (e.g. Steven Spielberg, George Lucas).
Here you can put the actors, but only the ones you can see IN THE POSTER. Same rule as in the director field: divide by comma (e.g.: Jude Law, Helen Mirren).
Pretty much the same entry as in the actor field, but this time we wanna know the character names in the movie (e.g.: Yoda, R2D2, Hugo Cabaret).
Often there are props or another non-human curiosities to be seen in the poster that play a distinct role in the movie. Then add it her with same rule applies as above: Division = comma (e.g.: Sailing Boat, Clock, Revolver).
Often there are animals that play a distinct role in the movie. Sometimes they are also to be seen in the poster. Same rule applies as above: Comma for division (e.g.: Lion, Cat, Cheeta, Whale).
If known the name of the designer or design studio, that created the poster would be an absolutes Highlight. In the end it's often the creatives that are missing out. And of course, as above (…, …).
Someone produced this film and therefore also bears creative responsibility for the making of the movie poster. You can put the producing studio in this field (e.g.: Paramount, Tristar)
Just a few more steps …
